In April 2021, Grupo Calot (a group of companies in the engineering, construction, facilities, financial services and real estate development sectors) acquired the production units of Soler Global Service, SL and Soler Energy Services, SL, service companies with extensive trajectory in the field of energy maintenance, installations and services.

From these acquisitions, Nergy Global Service was born, which began its activity with all the human capital (initially 156 workers), the means and a large part of the contracts of the extinct Soler Global Service and Soler Energy Services, providing service coverage throughout the territory. state.

Nergy Global Service, with 100% of its shares owned by the Calot Group, establishes its headquarters in Manresa, and focuses its activity mainly on the maintenance of all types of facilities (preventive, corrective, predictive, conductive and regulatory), the execution of energy facilities and services, both in the public and private sectors.
