Cimelsa is finalising the new Ripoll building of the Parc Taulí Hospital Universitari

Cimelsa is finalising the new Ripoll building in the Parc Taulí Hospital Universitari 🏥 in Sabadell, jointly with Calaf Constructora, Serom and CIMELSA.

The hospital has 5 floors + a basement with an area per floor of 1150m2 with capacity for ICU beds with Covid pathology and hospitalization beds, through Industrialized construction and using a collaborative project planning tool within the Lean Construction methodology (Last Planner System and BIM Manager plan) has allowed this execution to be carried out in just 26 weeks.
