The UTE formed by the installation companies EDA, Cimelsa and Mantise has been awarded the chapter related to installations within the renovation project of the Hotel Arts in Barcelona.

The UTE formed by the installation companies EDA Instalaciones i Energía s.l., Cimelsa and Mantise has been awarded the chapter related to installations within the renovation project of the Hotel Arts in Barcelona

The project foresees the interior reform of:

• Conference rooms on the basement floor -1.

• Guest rooms and corridors on floors 3 to 33.

• Specific repairs in technical rooms and some outdoor spaces.

The aim of the reform is to give these spaces a new, renewed, modern and luxurious image.
