Nuestro negocio
Desde el año 2016 el grupo CALOT ha incluido las actividades de constructora en su porfolio de servicios.
Comenzó esta nueva aventura contratando dos proyectos constructivos que consistían en viviendas particulares de alto standing.
Para iniciar este proceso se utilizó a la compañía holding CALOT MANAGEMENT, S.L., aprovechando que tenía un objeto social suficiente para hacer frente a esta nueva actividad.
Para ello se reforzó de un equipo con una trayectoria reconocida en el sector y reformuló su estrategia grupal para asegurar una alta calidad de servicio a sus nuevos clientes.
En mayo de 2017 se decidió adquirir la unidad productiva de la empresa CONSTRUCCIONS TABAQUISTA, lo que supuso complementar la estructura inicial del negocio con recursos ya funcionales de tres generaciones de actividad y una cartera de clientes del ámbito del Penedés y especialmente del sector vinícola y derivados.
Con la idea de no cambiar la misión y visión inicial de CALOT, se proyectó incorporar una nueva sociedad al grupo que se hiciera cargo de la operativa relacionada con la CONSTRUCCIÓN. Para ello se adquirió la empresa ya constituida TEBRE SYSTEM, S.L.
La marca con la que se está desarrollando esta actividad es TABAQUISTA TEBRE.

CIMELSA, S.L. It is a company of integral installations that develops its activity since 1992, established in the city of Igualada (Barcelona) where it maintains its registered office. However, the origins of the family business date back to the beginning of the last century, when around 1920 the first foundations of the current company were laid.
CIMELSA's commercial strategy has always been characterized by maintaining a high level of quality in its facilities. For this, it has a team of engineers and technicians of high qualification and experience that ensures that differential factor.
CIMELSA is qualified to execute installation projects of any nature and volume, which is why its position in the sector in recent years has allowed it to experience remarkable growth.
Although he has developed works throughout the national territory and in some foreign country, he mainly focuses his field of activity in Catalonia.
CIMELSA has all the necessary business qualifications to carry out its activity and with sufficient certifications to be a state contractor in the fields of works (integral installations) and services (maintenance of the facilities).
