Since 2016, the CALOT group has included construction activities in its portfolio of services.
He began this new adventure by hiring two construction projects that consisted of private homes of high standing.

To start this process, the holding company CALOT MANAGEMENT, S.L. was used, taking advantage of the fact that it had a sufficient corporate purpose to deal with this new activity.

For this, it was reinforced by a team with a recognized trajectory in the sector and reformulated its group strategy to ensure a high quality of service to its new clients.

In May 2017, it was decided to acquire the productive unit of the CONSTRUCTORA TABAQUISTA TEBRE company, which meant complementing the initial business structure with already functional resources of three generations of activity and a portfolio of clients from the Penedés area and especially from the wine and derivatives sector .

With the idea of ​​not changing the mission and initial vision of CALOT, it was planned to incorporate a new company into the group that took over the operation related to CONSTRUCTION. For this, the company already established TEBRE SYSTEM, S.L.

The brand with which this activity is being developed is TABAQUISTA TEBRE.
